This Refund Policy outlines our terms for returns, refunds, and related purchase procedures for all footwear and apparel accessories available on our site, including casual sneakers, running shoes, skate shoes, canvas shoes, women’s ballet flats, retro joggers, slides & flip‑flops, mid‑top waterproof shoes, and apparel accessories. All transactions are processed in United States Dollar.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 60‑day return window from the date you receive your order. To qualify for return, items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging intact. Products with obvious wear, stains, damage caused by customer use, or modified appearance will not be eligible for refund.

You must submit a return request before sending any items back to our warehouse. Unauthorized returns without prior request may result in processing delays or refusal of your return.

Shipping & Order Context

Orders are shipped within 1‑3 business days after payment confirmation. Free shipping applies to all products. Estimated delivery time is 6‑12 days. Expedited delivery service is not available. These terms apply to your original order and do not cover return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once your returned package arrives at our facility, our team will inspect the merchandise. After inspection and approval, your refund will be initiated within 5‑10 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that the actual time for funds to show in your account can vary, which is subject to the processing speed of your payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by third‑party payment institutions.

Partial & Non‑Refundable Situations

Only the cost of eligible goods will be refunded. Original shipping fees are already covered by our free‑shipping offer and will not be additionally refunded. Items that fail return inspection will not receive a refund.
